Situated on the first floor, this is a compact and comfortable apartment for two — or four, if needed. A large main bed, a kitchen you can actually use, and a sofa that converts into a proper second bed. Cotton linen, a vinyl hi-fi system, and a fridge ready for your own things.

The balcony is the centerpiece. Wide, unhurried, with a direct view of Mount Peca — the kind of view you find yourself returning to throughout the day.

All guests have access to the shared outdoor sauna. During peak season, broštik — the local word for breakfast — is included: a farm-to-table spread in the ground floor breakfast room, self-service and unhurried. For lunch and dinner, špajz — the local word for pantry — is our answer to eating well without leaving the farm: high-quality prepared food, made in our kitchen, ready to take back to your apartment.
